Fur Workers' Union
Resumes Picketing
Pickets representing the International Fur Workers' Union, a
C. I. O. affiliate, resumed picketing
this afternoon at nine stores in the
central business seel ion. They had
withheld picketing this forenoon,
called a strike three weeks ago.
Mayor John F. Dore's order to
the Police Department to ban the
C. I. O. pickets at the fur stores
does not become effective until tomorrow morning. The mayor announced that after today the
striking fur union will be unable to
maintain pickets at the fur stores.
