Rosalia 9, Oilers 6.
At Rosalia yesterday before wildly excited fans the Rosalia team in the Idaho-Washington league defeated Smith's Oilers, 9 to 6. The Rosalia team trailed until the seventh inning, when they counted five and sewed up the contest.
This is the first victory at home for the Rosalians and despite the wind, dust and a sprinkling of rain, a good sized crowd attended. Sad Slim Smith
himself took the mound in the final inning and blanked the Rosalia team.
McKain with three hits in five trips as the batting star of the contest.
