SPIESMAN JOINS COLFAX SQUAD
Bud Spiesman, former Coeur d'Alene baseball pitcher, has been signed by Colfax for the coming Idaho-Washington league season. He
has made several appearances here and was hired by the original House of David team last year and remained with them until the last of August.
The Idaho-Washington league boasts of a group of fine pitchers and several of them have had experience in organized baseball. Leading pitchers of the league and the team for which they play are: Eddie Gosselman and Emmett Christy, Bohemian; Whitey Lawrence and David Jamme,
Silver Loaf; Otto Rosand and Al Kingen, Sad Slim Smith; George Snyder and Les Sullivan, Rosalia; Don Osborne and Bill Beery, Coulee Dam; Bud Spiesman and Roger Records, Colfax, and Andy Anderson and Frank (Lefty) Frost, Lewiston.
