STATE COLLEGE, Pullman, Jan. 21.-Students of the school of mines and geology will receive tranining in mine rescue work the week of Feb. 17 to 24, when the United States bureau of mines rescue car, which travels around to various mining camps for teh purpose of training miners in the use of rescue apparatus will stop here and give that work. The State College ahs the largest class under their training. A certificate is given each student by the government upon completion of the work satisactorilly. In addition to teh rescue work, training is given in first aid.
