What is believed to be the best Physical test record of the northwest was
reported here last night by the Idaho county army board at the conclusion
men called under class 1. Of the total
of 70 young men who submitted to examination 57 passed. They came from
all parts of the county and represented various trades and stations in life,
though mountaineers and boys from
the range country predominated.
Of the 13 who failed to meet the
physical requirements two had pronounced defective eyesight and two
others had sustained loss of limbs and fingers.
