MARKS TO SPEAK AT DADS'DINNER
State College Parents to
Hear School Heads
Willard L. Marks, president of the state board of higher education, will be the principal speaker at the fouth annual Oregon State College dads' club banquet Wednesday night at Neighbors of Woodcraft hall. Between 400 and 500 mothers, dads, alumni and students of the state college are expected to attend the banquet, which is in charge of Merton R. DeLong, club president. Mr. Marks will speak on some phase of higher education and its relation to the people of the state.

Dr. Frederick M. Hunter, chancellor of higher education; George
W. Peavy, president of the college,
and Dr. William J. Kerr, chancellor emeritus and former president
of the college, will speak briefly.
Other talks will be made by Dr.
Paul Dutton, member of the executive committee of the Dads' club,
and Quincy Scott, cartoonist of
The Oregonian.
Charles Stidd will lead singing.
Paul Petri, director of music at the
college, is arranging principal
music numbers.
