DEER PARK CORPORATION
REFUSED USE OF MAILS
The Deer Park Natural Pigments
corporation and its president, M. G. Swanson, were restrained
yesterday from using the mails
for selling or offering for sale of securities. The injunction was issued
in federal court by Judge J. Stanley Webster, upon complaint of the securities and exchange commission.
As soon as a registration statement is on file with the commission concerning securities of the
corporation, the injunction will be
lifted. "It is a protection to all
concerned," said A. O. Colburn, attorney for the corporation.
"It will remain until full reports
of the company's activities have
been made to Washington and
clearance obtained. In the meantime the company is doing business
as usual," he added.
