FUNERAL OF MRS. BRINSER,PIONEER, WEDNESDAY
Last rites for Mrs. Effie B. Brinser, 67, member of one of Spokane's earliest families, will be held Wednesday at 1 p. m. in the Alwin chapel, Hazen & Jaeger's, the Rev., W. J. Lewis officiating. Burial will be at Newport. Mrs. Brinser, wife of Otto Brinser, died Sunday at her home at Mead. Mrs. Brinser, with her parents, moved to Spokane 50 years ago. She and her husband resided at Rosalia 30 years before moving to Mead three years ago. Mrs. Brinser, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Ellis, was a cousin of the late Sylvester Heath, who homesteaded part of the present business district of Spokane. An uncle Asbury Ellis, homesteaded part of what is now Union Park district.
