Description | 71 minute oral history interview conducted with Robert McCall "Mac" Crow, a Washington State College alumnus, and former regent of Washington State University. He speaks about how he got his name, his family, and life in Oakesdale, Washington. He also speaks about coming to WSU, how it was too big and him going to Whitworth, then transfering back to WSU. He talks about his life on campus, including pledging a fraternity, getting the opportunity to attend the Naval Academy, turning it down, and other things about student life. He also talks about being a Regent, and the differences between his time at college and his childrens' time at college, his life after WSU, including the school board, Board of Regents, and his experiences with different college presidents. |
