Description | 112 minute oral history interview conducted with former Washington State University Libraries Dean Allene Schnaitter. She speaks about her education prior to WSU as well as how she came to WSU as the director of libraries. She also talks about her method of administering the library, the physical changes of the library, and the politics of the library and the university. She then talks about the various library collections, how a masters is important for positions, why she stepped down, and finally relationship with the library afterwards. |
