Description
Two men and two women watch as two male students prepare the cornerstone at Pullman High School (Now Gladish Community Center) for a new auditorium , which was built in 1954.The auditorium is now used for a variety of things , such as dance and music performances . At time of scanning (2012) , this photograph was suffering from vinegarization and is degrading . Lines and scarring on the image are a result of that deteriorating .

Digitization
Original photographic negatives were scanned in color at 600 dpi on an Epson Expression 10000XL scanner and saved as tiff files. They were then uploaded to the CONTENTdm server at the WSU Libraries, and converted to 90 dpi jpegs in that process.
