Description
Looking south at the construction of Troy Hall . The structure's frame is partially complete . Brick walls and wooden flooring are visible as are planted fields and the sparsely developed city of Pullman . Designed by K . Zittle , Troy Hall , WSU building 36 , was completed in 1926 . Named for David S . Troy , a dairyman from Port Townsend and a WSU Regent , the building served as the campus dairy . Though the main entrance faces south onto College Avenue , most pedestrian traffic enters from the north .
