Present day Indians relive the days fifty years ago |
Description |
Present day Indians relive the days fifty years ago. - Looks like a view of Spokane Falls in 1881, but it's a scene of 50 years later, shot just yesterday out at Otis Orchards, where the Chronicle camera man found an Indian encampment in the David Sweeney orchard. Left to right, those in the picture are: Irvin Parr, two years old; Nellie Ellinwood, aged one year; Mrs. Annie Nosier, grandmother of the tots; George Brown, aged one year, of Wellpinit, and Mrs. John Vallee and daughter, Geraldine May, of Worley, Idaho. |
