May send power over long line. - Electric power from the Bonneville dam may be used not only at Grand Coulee, but on through the Idaho panhandle and into western Montana, E. F. Banker, former Washington state director of conservation and development, told a group of Grand Coulee businessmen Saturday afternoon. Mr. Banker, who is making a study of power markets for J. D. Ross, Bonneville dam administrator, painted a bright picture for the future, commenting on marked decline in river flow in the Gem and Treasure states. |
