World power delegates to visit state. - The great Bonneville dam and hydro-electric project, shown here as nearly two-thirds completed, will be among the federal power undertakings to be visited soon by delegates to the World Power Conference, which opens September 7 in Washington, D.C. The Grand Coulee project will also be inspected, REA Administrator Morris L. Cooke, inset, has been active in arranging details for the Washington, D. C., meeting of power authorities. |
