Whitman county man is head of five generations There are five generations in the family of F. M. clark of Sunset, Whitman county, Wash. Standing in the picture are Mr. Clark and his daughter, Mrs. W. A. Gragg, Kelso, Wash. Seated are Mrs. L. W. Thoreson (right), Longview, formerly of Lacrosse, Wash., daughter of Mrs. Gragg. At the left is Mrs. Ronald Burner, Longview, Wash., daughter of Mrs. Thoreson. Little Lola Anne Burner, great-great-granddaughter of Mr. Clark, is pictured between her grandmother and mother. Mr. Clark, who also is father of Mrs. T. N. Mc-Clure, Colfax, was born in North Carolina and went to Lacrosse to farm 33 years ago. Later, he lived at Elberton and Palouse, all in Whitman county. The last 18 years he has lived with his children, recently with a son, D. C. Clark, Sunset. |
