Betty Lou levy to continue crosscut - The five-mill assessment levied recently by the Betty Lou Mining company is to continue drifting and crosscutting in BUrke canyon, J. G. Hodgins, manager, reports. In the last three months a crosscut, running north on the east-west shear zone from which ore has been taken by the Hull lease in its old Gem ground, cut several well mineralized fissures, Hodgins said. |
