Avers coercion is strike factor - small minority control Coeur d'Alene miners, declares Ravenel Macbeth - demand federal help - operators appeal to general McWade, United States mediator, to get busy - "A singular condition exists in teh Coeur d'Alene region in that a great majority of the miners are satisfied with present conditions, but are practically being forced to strike by the organizers and strong union men." said Ravenel Macbeth, secretary of the Idaho Mining association, on his arrival in Spokane yesterday. Senator Macbeth spent considerable time in the region recently. |
