Seek mining congress - Spokane association to consider subject today - An effort is being made by the Northwest Mining association to secure the 1920 meeting of the American Mining congress for Spokane. To this end it has invited a large number of mining, business and professional men to a meeting to be held in the association rooms, Spokane hote, today noon. Immediate action is necessary, as an invitation from Spokane must be in the hands of the congress by Monday, says a letter from Frank A. Ross, president, and F. C. Bailey, secretary. |
