These men direct affairs of mining association - Directors of Northwest Mining association met Monday and elected Bliss Moore, president; Leon Starmont, vice president; Charles P. Robbine, secretary, and Robert T. Banks, treasurer. In this picture are, top row, left to right: J. C. Ryan, Storey Buck, Joseph McCarthy, Leon Starmont and Bliss Moore, directors; bottm row, Mrs. Margaret Orr, assistant secretary and Roy H. Clarke and Clarles P. Robbins, directors. Sidney Norman of Vancouver, B. C., was elected to fill a vacany on the board. Other directors not present are F. CUshing Moore and Frank M. Smith, Spokane; Dr. John W. Finch, Washington D. C., Rush J. White, Wallace. Dr. A. E. Drucker, Pullman, and Dr. Francis A. Thomson, Butte. |
