Description |
Prominent men at mine session -include Willam Sloan, minister of mines, S. A. Easton and C. W. Goodale - expect record gathering - all former exhibits are eclipsed- six days of activities - Preparation for the northwest mining convention, to be held in Spokane on February 11 to 16, is unequaled in the annals of the organization, according to its promoters. Nor since the first convention, held here eight years ago, has the program contained so may numbers and the names of so many prominent men, scientists, operators and government officials. The ore exhibit being prepared has never been equaled in comprehensiveness. The committee anticipates an attendance exceeding all records. |
