Description |
Again seek gold in Moose Creek . Gound worked for 66 years to be turned over by Spokane and Kellogg men. Dug by Early Chinese. White men there often-ashes of former owner scattered over surfce. Grangeville, Idaho, May 6.-The historic old Moose creek placer grounds, in the south fork of central Idaho's vast mineral region, are due for an era of development that will restore them to a parity with any other similar grouds in the state, according to Max Richardson and Mr. Crosby, mining men of Kellogg and Spokane. Crosby is a member of a corporation that has purchased the ground and will operate on a large scale in 1929, he said. Crosby has departed for the placer with a crew to begin operations at once. |
