Tunnel entrance and surface workings of Globe Silver Mine, Inc. |
Description |
Tunnel entrance and surface workings of Globe Silver Mine, Inc . The property of the Globe Silver Mines in the Coeur d'Alene district, adjoining the famous Sunshine mine, said by the Bureau of Mines to be the largest single silver producer in this country, has been a bee-hive of bustling activity in the past 60 days and it looks like Globe has hung up a record of accomplishments under the personal direction of John F. Matson, superintendent, formerly with the Sunshine mine for ten years. |
