Granby secures big copper body - large deposits said to have been discovered on Ecstall river - Another big mine may have come into the possession of the Granby Consolidated Mining, Smelting and Power company, according to reports at Vancouver, B. C. It is situated on Ecxtall river, 25 miles from its mouth. This is a tributary of the Skeela river, flowing into it from the south at Essington just above the mouth of the Skeena. Essington is on the Grand Trunk Pacific railroad, not far from Prince Rupert. |
