Golconda ore 19 feet wide. - Averages 10 feet on 1400-foot level, says official -- increase over levels above. - Mill takes 210 tons. - Daily grind limited by Feed, which is of the better quality. - Ore has been opened by drift for 250 feet on the 1400-foot level of the Golconda Lead Mines, near Wallace, Idaho, 125 feet in each direction, according to William A. Beaudry, managing director. |
