Finds gold on Iron creek . Womack takes out $20 in three days with rocker. Ellensburg, Wash., May 6.-More than $20 in coarse placer gold, the result of three days' work with a rocker, was displayed here today by M.G. Womack, vetern miner, who plans the immediate development on a large scale of gold bearing property on Iron creek in the Swauk. This is near the scene of large dredge operations by the Kittitas Gold Mining company. |
