New Sunshine vein high in silver, lead values . Spokane, Oct. 25.-(AP)-Frank Eichelberger, vice president of Sunshine Mining company in charge operations in the Coeur d'Alenes, has reported discovery of a strong vein about five feet wide which assays about 20 per cent lead and 30 ounces of silver per ton. The new vein was struck October 1, but width and value determind only today, he said. The indications are it may be the Sunshine vein or a parallel one, he stated. |
