16-foot shoot in utica mine. - Followed from a silver streak on paddy's peak 35 years ago. - Sixteen feet of good milling ore has been struck on the No. 5 level of the Utica mines near Kaslo, B. C. "It will be necessary, it is believed, to drive 100 feet before the downward continuation of the clean ore body ahead will be encountered" says Sidney Norman in a report from Nelson, B. C. |
