Mining engineer to attend meet. - L. K. Armstrong, mining engineer of Spokane, will leave tomorrow night for Seattle, where he has been called as a witness in a government mine fraud case. He will be gone a week or more and while away will attend the meeting, December 8 and 9, of the western division of the United States Chamber of Commerce at Portland. Mining is the special subject of consideration. |
