Finance mines nearing the top. - Senator rosenhaupt tells miners of belief chamber could do large good. - As a means for Spokane to improve its opportunity, former Senator Harry Rosenhaupt recommends an increase of the Chamber of Commerce annual sustaining fund to $150,000 or more and its use in putting over the top mining companies that lack but $2000 to $10,000 toward reaching the production stage. |
