Grubstake miner reveals $9450 ore. - A streak of gold-bearing quartz at the head of Lincoln gulch, in the Lincoln district of Montana, contains $9450 in gold to the ton, according to a sample, O. M. Childers of Helena, Mont., reports. A cut across a parallel lead, three feet wide, yielded 21 ounces of silver a ton. |
