Expects to cut Morning's vein . Manager Bacon of Independence Company tells of work on the property. Getting ready to ship. Ten men working with hand drills are making about 140 feet a month. The No. 4 level of the Independence Lead Mines company's holdings, near Mullan, Idaho, probably will cut the extension of the Morning-Evening vein of the Federal company's Morning mine, adjoining, in the next 100 feet, according to Maurice W. Bacon, president and general manager of the Independence company, who recently returned from a trip of inspection. |
