Aid for Harbor Mines possible . Aberdeen, Saturday, Nov. 28.-(AP)-County Commissioner R. J. Ultican, after conferring with Washington's congressional delegation, said here this week a $15,000,000 grant for Grays Harbor, part of a proposed $100,000,000 allotment for the development of manganese mines by the government appears likely. The $100,000,000 appropriation is contained in a bill to be presented to the new Congress. |
