St. Joe mines will cut fault . Drift follows lead-zinc-silver stringer--Nears expected ore . Wallace, June 3.-(Special.)-A drift from the tunnel level of St. Joe lead-silver mine on Terro gulch, west of Wallace, is reported to be near a point under an ore discovery in an old tunnel, 275 feet above. The drift has been following a stringer which is said to contain from 12 to 15 per cent lead, 6 to 7 per cent zinc and some values in silver. |
