Lost vein sought in Independence |
Description |
Lost vein sought in Independence . Wallace, Idaho, Jan. 3.-A slip that cut the vein in recent operations, has caused the silver vein on which drifting by the Independence Lead Mines company, east of Mullan, was being done, to become temporarily lost, H.B. Kingsbury, manager, reports. The drift is on the 500-foot shaft level, from which crosscuts will be driven to pick up the lost vein. |
