Description |
Bell mine again producing silver The Belle of the West, once a well-known property of the Coeur d'Alenes, is receiving renewed attention in these days of higher silver prices, and is again being worked by E. E. Dorris, Edmond Dorris and Neil W. Welliver of Spokane, under lease. The property is on Nine Mile creek. It is well equipped with buildings, some of them showing in this picture. On the left is the compressor building and blacksmith shop, back of it the change room for the men, and in the distance on the right the bunk and boarding houses. |
