$116,103 sought in mining suit . Bunker hill asks foreclosure on Ajax property near Burke-IERA job on . Wallace, Idaho, May 9.-The Ajax Mining company, in the Burke district, was named defendant today in a suit filed in district court here by the Bunker Hill & Sullivan Mining and Concentrating company, to collect $116,103 on a promissory note dated in November, 1929. Foreclosure of a mortgage on the Lalande Mining district property of the Ajax is asked. |
