$1,620,000 wanted for immediate use on Tacoma-Marysville road. An appropriation of $1,620,000 for completion of the new Pacific highway grade between Tacoma and Marysville would become available immediately under the provisions of a bill introduced in the senate today by Senator W. W. Conner and Paul Houser, King county. Senator Conner points out that an immediate appropriation would mean the completion of the road two months earlier than planned or by November 1, 1927. |
