Charles Ambro admits guilt given 18 years at M'Neil's. - Indian who shot three men changes plea -- Jury fails to agree in Mann Act case. - Charles Ambro, Indian, 18 years old, admitted his guilt of the killings of three other Indians, when taken before Federal Judge C. C. Cavanah in district federal court last Friday at 3 o'clock. Ambro was charged with causing the death of Albert Rickman, 50, 16th blood Indian; Joe Abell, 22, his newly married brother-in-law; and John Lawrence, 45, half-blood Indian, the evening of April 10. |
