Frank Reeves, attorney, of Wenatchee, and former member of the legislature, has been recommended by Governor Lister to General E. H. Crowder, judge advocate general of the United States army, for appointment in the judge advocate's department. His duties will be to represent the department in this state or elsewhere in all military law matters, which will include prosecution of slackers and general enforcement of the selective service law. Appointments heretofore made to this department have carried commissions not lower than the rank of captain. |
