held yesterday afternoon at Hay-
den lake where representatives are |
meeting1.
Mrs.'C. J., Schroeder of Filer was
elected vice president at'large, Mrs.
Fred jLukens of Boise was elected
recording secretary, Mrs. Grace Mc-
Eachern of Coeur d'Alene treasurer,
and Mrs. H. Wharton of Mountain
Home auditor.
Directors elected were Mrs. J. B.
Arthur of Burley, for the first district; Mrs. E. T. Gordon of Boise,
second district. Votes for director
of the third district were even and
another ballot will be taken today.
Mrs. Nelson Miller of Shelly,
president of the first district, becomes second vice president; Mrs.
Ainey of Payette, Idaho, third vice
president, and Mrs. H. J. Hull of
Wallace, fourth vice president.
Mrs. John Sipplef president of the
National Federation of Womens
Clubs, was guest of honor at a delightful dinner last night at the
Tavern, at which Miss Olive Pet-
roshek presided. Mrs. Sipple later
addressed the meeting.
The morning's session was devoted to business, with introduction
of new officers*
This afternoon at 2 o'clock a tree
planting ceremony was held in the
city park. ,
