—There is general interest over the
state of Idaho in the organization at
Poeatello of the Idaho Automotive
Trades association, which is statewide in its scope and expects to include in its membership every auto
dealer, accessory dealer and ajll of
the business men connected with the
automobile industry.
Jay Parrish of Boise was elected
president of the association: Charles
O. Bulon of Twin Falls and Mr. Burns
of Rexburg were named vice-presidents. The state' was divided into three
zones from which directors were
named.
One of the primary objects of the
association is to form a protective
branch, the object of which will be
to round up automobile thieves and
to protect the owners of cars from
having them burglarized. A systematic campaign to catch car thieves
will be put into force and effect and
within a few months it is believed
the gang of burglars will be broken
up and many arrested.
