Indians suffer odd troubles |
Description |
Indians suffer odd troubles. - Though surviving careless hunting and false claims, they don't like it. - A bullet hole in the forehead from a large calibre rifle and a deep gash in the neck almost from ear to ear, apparently by a sharp hunting knife, was the hideous condition William Brackbill, Indian stump-rancher in the hills near Plummer, found his prized 2-year-old Hereford bull when he returned from a visit at Tekoa, Wash., last week. He will still be the proud owner of the bull, he said today, if the bull continues to survive. |
