This is a photograph of Shiro Takeda sitting outside a barrack at the Heart Mountain Relocation Center , Wyoming with his son , Terry Takeda . Shiro Takeda has a pipe in his mouth and is facing his son . Terry Takeda is reaching his hand forward for the pipe . Shiro Takeda left camp in February 1943 to teach Japanese for the Navy Language School . Terry soon followed in July of that year .
