Description
The crew of the Swanson Brothers , contractors for grade work on the Great Northern Railroad Line from Okanogan to Oroville , stop to take a portrait at camp . Camping at a flat opposite from Omak just outside Okanogan , the Swanson Brother's contract had them working three miles south of town . They were nearly finished by July 1910 . The Brothers then took another contract , to construct the grade between the work they had just completed and the location of the Okanogan Station Grounds . The depot was located directly across the river from Okanogan , in line with the Steel Bridge and Tyee Street .

Format
Original photographic prints were scanned as 300 dpi TIFF files on a Microtek 9600XL scanner. 72 dpi JPEG files were then added to the CONTENT database at the WSU Libraries.
