Description
The Okanogan Military Band marches down past Queen Street on First Avenue . Floats , built by local businessmen and civic groups , follow behind them. Behind the band on the right side of this photograph are the offices of (George) Armstrong and (C.M.)Valentine , a Real Estate business which opened in February , 1910 . Directly across from them on First Avenue is the Hotel Okanogan , owned by Mrs . Josephine Depew .
