Description
This picture of Second Avenue shows the Jewelry Store of F.H . Towne , Hopkins Restaurant owned by George Hopkins , and the Pogue Flat Land Company (later the South Half Land Co.) on the left side of Second Avenue . On the right side of the street is Hotel Central , owned by Mrs . Josephine Depew , Pioneer Realty Co . owned by the Duley brothers , and the Schaller building--a three story brick structure that held among others , the offices for Charles A. Johnson , lawyer .
