Description
Jessie Dillabough (dark blouse , pointed straw hat) poses for photos with a female friend . A young man is also in one of the pictures . Jessie Dillabough of Conconully taught one school term at Okanogan in 1909 . She continued to teach in other locations , and later married Frank Funkhouser , coach and teacher at Conconully High School . In 1943 , she became the secretary to Senator Pell and traveled with him to London when he took the position as emissary to Austria .
