Description
Mr . Harry Stark sits for a formal family portrait at Matsura's studio . Mr . Stark is on the bottom row , far left . While the other members of the group are unknown , some do resemble him. Mr . Stark owned a home on Second Avenue in Okanogan . While he lived in town he was appointed positions as city treasurer , clerk , water superintendent and even town marshal . In December 1912 , Stark was elected County Sheriff and moved to Conconully , the County Seat at that time . Okanogan hated to see him go , as he was an active member in the community--involved in baseball , basketball and plays .
